MIKROSUM CE STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE.

All the products manufactured by Mikrosum, fulfill the ROHS normative, and among other aspects, all the solderings have been made with lead free tin.

AUTOCERTIFICATION AND INTERNAL CONTROL OF THE PRODUCTION.

The products developed and manufactured by Mikrosum. adheres to the system of self CE certification and internal control of the production, as the CE norms, allow.

CONDITIONS & WARRANTY.

1.- Shipping: We send the order in a neutral and resistant packaging, to ensure the content. Included in the package the customer will receive the product, and information on its use.

All orders will be sent by certified mail or express service within 12-24 business hours, after receiving the order. Once the order has been shipped, we will send an email to notify the customer of the shipment number, invoice and other related information.

2.- Delivery terms: Podium Cosmetics is not responsible for the delay in delivery or errors in the mailing service or carriers to the customer's address. The delivery times indicated in our online store are "ESTIMATES" (Read more about deliveries for the USA, CANADA and Latin America) If the customer wants any other means of delivery, he must eventually pay the difference in shipping costs that will be calculated separately. If the customer cannot receive his order at home, the postman or carrier will leave a notice to pick it up at the post office or branch. The customer has 15 business days to withdraw his order from the time he receives the notice. The customer must check the detailed status of their shipment at all times by means of the issue number provided by email, in order to avoid its return. If the customer does not take charge of the delivered product without any justification, he must pay the shipping costs as well as the return and claim costs, if applicable.

3.- Complaints on deliveries: In the unlikely event that the order does not arrive within the period indicated at the customer's address, 8 working days for Spain (15 days for the rest of the world), the customer must contact us by phone or email to proceed with the corresponding claim. The client must wait the necessary time for the investigation fixed by the shipping services, (60 days for couriers, 20 days for urgent transport). When there is evidence that the package has been lost and cannot be recovered, the full refund of the amount of the order or its replacement will be made. NOT BEFORE INVESTIGATION.

4.- Deliveries abroad: For service outside the European Union, Podium Cosmetics does not guarantee that the delivery will not be taxed or the products are considered prohibited by the customs services of the corresponding country. The client, before making purchases outside his country and to avoid unpleasant surprises, must inform himself about the tariffs and prohibitions of the customs service of his country, regarding cosmetic products, if they exist. Read notice for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla In the event that the package is returned by the postal services of the country of destination, to its origin, and the products as a whole have not suffered any damage, podium Cosmetics will apply in this case paragraph 6 of the guarantee and will refund the amount of the purchase less the shipping costs. If there is deterioration or lack of products, it will also deduct the amount of the products that have been tampered with and are irrecoverable.

5.- Incidents: Products with incidents caused by breakage, damage, manufacturing defects or Podium Cosmetics errors will be replaced at no cost. If the error or damage to the products is caused by the customer, the customer must pay for the replacement of the damaged product, if the return of the package to the sender is due to an incorrect address or names, non-operative email, inability to attend the postman or carrier due to the absence of the recipient at home, confusion or errors when formulating the order in our online store, etc. The customer must pay the costs of re-shipping the product to their home for the return of the product (Transport round trip).

6.- Guarantee: Podium Cosmetics guarantees the reimbursement of the price paid if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, provided that the products have not been opened or tampered with. Retractions, changes, returns or claims will not be accepted after a period of 14 days from receipt of the order. Podium Cosmetics will proceed to refund the price paid less shipping costs, when the returned product is in good condition.

7.- Insurance: If the package has been damaged during transport or opened for verification by the Post Office, or by the customs authorities with or without the presence of the client, the reception of the package should never be accepted without having previously verified that the content has not been modified and the products are in their entirety and in good condition. Otherwise, the customer must imperatively establish his claim in writing, confirm it by the Post Office, and send us a certified copy as quickly as possible. Important: If the package is accepted while there is evidence of tampering or damage to the latter and its content has deteriorated, the insurance will not take into account your subsequent claim, and therefore, you will not be entitled to compensation. In this case, Podium Cosmetics will apply paragraph 6 of the guarantee. The customer will send us his claims by email using the contact form made available to him, or by post, indicating the order number or the number of the post office, the address and the telephone number (do not forget to add the prefix for the country or province).

8.- Prices and payments: Our prices are those that appear in our rates and the online store, taxes included, plus shipping costs if applicable. For payments by bank transfer, the commissions and bank charges for these services will be exclusively the responsibility of the client. Payment via PayPal in our online store has no fees or commissions for the customer.

9.- Privacy: In accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, Podium Cosmetics, owner of the website informs users of the site, of the existence of an automated personal data file created by Podium Cosmetics and that is stored under the responsibility of the company.
